Galilean One-Particle Kinematics from a Smooth Family of Reference States

We present a continuous-variable version of the observable-generator duality, showing how a smooth family of reference states can generate Galilean kinematics. The framework outlines conditions under which a parameterized family of states can encode dynamics and symmetries.
