This talk summarizes my summer work on fast SLM-based optical-trap rearrangement: diffraction efficiency, switching response and steady-state fluctuations; the optical setup and synchronized imaging; optical calibration and camera feedback; and camera comparisons of CNN, three-iteration Dirichlet WGS and Fast WGS. It also presents full-sequence timing, evolving intensity distributions and individual-trap intensity traces.
